Mode of payment

A deposit of 50 % of the total price (by bank transfers) is needed to reserve a spot on the tour with final payment due upon arrival first day arrival in Delhi. A reservation by email will be acceptable. Upon receipt a fax or email will be sent to instruct the means of payment.

Final tour price to include:

• all the Hotels as mentioned or in similar class
• the air condition coach from picking up at airport to dropping at airport day 22, city sight seeing, city to city transfers
• the train ride Delhi-Udiapur 2nd class sleeper
• 2 local tour leaders as well as local guides in major cities
• breakfast and 1 Meal at hotel every day as noted in the program and the important meals, such as dinner at Jodhpur Fort, dinner on Sand dunes in Jaisalmer and good bye dinner at Karims in Delhi
• water in the coach, refreshments, fruits and lunches as mentioned in the itinerary.(Enroute lunches will be provided at small, clean midways where Indians eat, the food will be freshly prepared according to groups requirements.)
• taxes at hotels, on road, toll, parking, and border crossing from state to state, tourist tax
• excursions of camel safari over night sleeping in desert, Bishnoi village cultural jeep tour
• workshops and workshop material with local artists and craftsmen in Jodhpur, cooking lessons or any special lessons arranged by the tour leader
• elephant ride in Amber fort Jaipur, horse cart rides Jodhpur
• body massage in Jodhpur
• a folder with all the Information about history, people, food, do's and don’ts, maps and guidelines from your trip will be provided on arrival in Delhi Day 1st

Not included in costs

• any service, drinks, meals not mentioned in the program
• personal service, such as phone calls, internet, laundry etc.
• airport departure taxes
• museum entrance and camera fees
• tips to porters, local guides, artists in the hotels, driver, helper, tour leaders
